Volunteer a-thon

Bloom Through Service

About

The 2025 Volunteer-a-thon theme is “Bloom Through Service.” Volunteering can happen wherever you are, at the beach, in the mountains, or on your staycation! This summer, no matter where you are, Generation SERVE encourages you to keep volunteering. This program is open to youth in Travis and surrounding counties (Williamson, Bastrop, Caldwell, and Hays).

Download your Summer Volunteer-a-thon Game Board to get inspired and keep track at home. From June 1, 2025, through August 8, 2025, complete 12 hours of volunteer service and win a prize!

No registration is needed. We will track your hours for you.

To the Volunteer-A-Thon champions who completed over 12 hours of Volunteer Service with Generation SERVE this summer:

“Congratulations to all the Generation Serve volunteers on your gold medal performances this summer! During my time as a 2012 Olympic silver medalist in London and as a 2016 Olympic gold medalist in Rio in the 4×100 free style relay, I depended on so many volunteers to make my dreams come true. One of you may have been there to help foster and grow the next generation of athletes, scientists, doctors or inventors! Thank you for giving the people and children you’ve helped a fighting chance at a time when they needed it most. Keep fighting for the greater good. The whole of the USA owes you a debt of gratitude for your services! Citius, Altius, Fortius!”
